The whisk is made of plastic and stainless steel, perfect for whipping milk foam for cappuccino, coffee latte, hot chocolate, matcha tea, etc. Heat the milk (preferably skim or semi-fat) to 60 degrees and pour into a tall narrow vessel. Place the whisk in the milk, turn it on and whisk until thick foam appears (15-20 seconds). Turn off the whisk before removing it from the vessel. Wash the stainless steel whisk part under the tap. Wipe the plastic part with a damp cloth. Requires 2 AA batteries to operate. Batteries are not included.
