Directions : For adults take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Do not take more than two tablets per day.

Other Ingredients : Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose. Contains <2% of: Gelatin, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. Contains fish (cod, cusk, flounder, haddock, hake, pollock, redfish, sole) ingredients.
