Operating Instructions:

1. First-Time Use or After Long Storage:
   • Rotate the motor shaft by hand through the motor coupler until it rotates freely.
   • Ensure the unit is placed on a convenient, smooth, hard surface to avoid instability.
2. Jar Setup:
   • Ensure the stainless steel jars are clean and dry before use.
   • Check that the dome gasket is properly fitted, and the assembly is firmly seated in the jar. Use the dome lid for sealing.
3. Operation:
   • Always ensure that the jar and lid are in place and secure before operating the unit.
   • Never operate the motor without a load or when the jar and lid are improperly positioned.
4. Safety Precautions:
   • Unplug the unit before fixing or removing attachments or cleaning.
   • Keep the unit away from direct heat, sunlight, and children.
   • Operate the unit on a stable surface and avoid using it with damaged cords or plugs.
5. Grinding Guidelines:
   • Plan dry grinding tasks first to reduce the need for frequent cleaning.
   • Always allow the blades to stop moving completely before removing the jar.
   • When wet grinding, ensure proper circulation to avoid motor stalling.
6. Motor Usage:
   • Do not run the motor for more than 30 minutes continuously. Follow the 5 minutes ‘ON’ / 3 minutes ‘OFF’ rule.
   • If hot air comes out of the top cap, turn the motor off and wait for 3 minutes before restarting.
7. Maintenance:
   • Regularly clean the jars and check for dust buildup on the motor shaft.
   • Never place hands inside the jar when the motor is running or add solid ingredients while the motor is on.
