Usage & Operating Instructions:

1. First Use or After Storage: Rotate the motor shaft by hand through the motor coupler until it rotates freely. This ensures smooth motor operation after long storage or transit.
2. Placement: Ensure the grinder is placed on an even, smooth, hard, and clean surface to avoid instability or dust intake.
3. Jar Preparation: Make sure the stainless steel jars are clean and dry. The dome gasket should be properly fitted to the dome, and the dome lid must be securely sealed to avoid spills during operation.
4. Motor Operation: Do not run the motor with no load, and always ensure the jar and dome are in place. Avoid overloading the motor with more than the specified jar capacity.
5. Safety:
   • Unplug the unit before fixing/removing attachments or when cleaning.
   • Keep the unit away from direct heat, sunlight, and children.
   • Do not operate the grinder with a damaged plug or cord.
6. Dry vs Wet Grinding: Prioritize dry grinding jobs to reduce the frequency of cleaning. When grinding wet ingredients, ensure proper circulation of ingredients to avoid slowing down the blades.
7. Motor Usage:
   • Do not operate the motor continuously for more than 30 minutes. If the motor overheats or emits hot air from the top cap, switch off the unit and wait 3 minutes before restarting.
   • Allow the blades to stop completely before removing the jar assembly after use.
8. General Maintenance:
   • Regularly clean the jars and motor shaft for smooth performance.
   • Avoid placing hands inside the jar while the grinder is running.
   • Do not add solid ingredients when the motor is running.
