১. Cash on Delivery (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ন্যূনতম মোট মুল্যের ১০% অগ্রিম পরিশোধ বাধ্যতামূলক।

২. পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি না থাকা সত্ত্বেও যদি গ্রাহক শুধুমাত্র change of mind বা not interested কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করেন, সে ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাবদ অগ্রিম পরিশোধিত অর্থ কর্তন করা হবে।

৩. গ্রাহকদের বিনীতভাবে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে ডেলিভারিম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা ও যাচাই করে নেওয়ার জন্য। পণ্য গ্রহণের পর কোনো ধরনের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

৪. পণ্য গ্রাহকের বাসার নিচে বা চত্বরে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হবে, যদি সেখানে ডেলিভারি গাড়ি প্রবেশযোগ্য হয়। ফ্ল্যাট বা রুমের ভিতরে পণ্য ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে না।

Delivery & Order Terms and Conditions (Minimax Furniture Vendor/Seller):

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a minimum advance payment of 10% of the total order value is mandatory.
2. If the customer cancels the order due to change of mind or not interested reasons, despite the product being free from defects, the delivery charge will be deducted from the advance payment.
Customers are kindly requested to inspect and verify the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery personnel before accepting delivery. No complaints will be entertained after the product has been received.
Delivery will be made up to the ground floor or premises of the customer’s residence, subject to vehicle accessibility. Inside flat or room delivery is not applicable.
An item is eligible for return only under the following valid conditions and strictly in the presence of the delivery personnel:
