Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. Free fitting service will be provided.
2. One-year service warranty (T&C apply).
3. Customers must check and verify the glass at the time of delivery. Glass cannot be changed or replaced once delivery is completed.
Delivery Conditions:
•    Products will be delivered up to the customer’s house/yard if the delivery vehicle can access the location. Otherwise, the products will be delivered to the nearest point accessible by the delivery truck.
•    Room/flat delivery is not available. If a customer requires delivery inside a room/flat, it must be mentioned at the time of placing the order.
•    Since products are not delivered in assembled condition, an additional delivery charge of BDT 50 per floor per package will be applicable.
•    In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), full payment must be made upon receiving the product. If fitting service is required, customers must call the given numbers to create a service ticket. Free fitting service will then be provided within 2–3 working days.

•    Customers are strongly advised to carefully check or verify the product before accepting it. No complaints will be accepted after delivery.
•    Valid reasons for product return are limited to:
o    Wrong product delivered
o    Defective product delivered
o    Missing parts with the product
o    Incorrect information shown on the website

Stock Condition:
•    Delivery will be made subject to product availability in stock.

Warranty Policy
•    Each product comes with a 12-month service warranty (including parts and labor). This warranty covers only manufacturing defects or issues related to materials used.
•    The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, usage beyond intended purpose, or natural wear and tear.
•    For warranty services, customers must contact our helpline:

•    To avail warranty service, customers must present the original invoice.
•    Glass is not covered under warranty.

ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা
1. গ্রাহককে বিনামূল্যে ফিটিং সার্ভিস প্রদান করা হবে।
2. পণ্যের উপর ১ বছরের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি (শর্ত প্রযোজ্য)।
3. পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই গ্লাস সঠিকভাবে যাচাই ও পরীক্ষা করতে হবে। ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর গ্লাস পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।
ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী:
•    পণ্য গ্রাহকের বাড়ি অথবা বাড়ির আঙিনা পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে, যদি ডেলিভারি গাড়ি সেখানে পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম হয়। অন্যথায়, ডেলিভারি ট্রাক যেখানে পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম হবে, সেখানে পণ্য হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
•    ফ্ল্যাট বা রুম পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয় না। তবে গ্রাহক যদি ফ্ল্যাট/রুম পর্যন্ত ডেলিভারি চান, তবে তা অবশ্যই অর্ডারের সময় উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
•    যেহেতু পণ্যগুলো ফিটিং অবস্থায় ডেলিভারি হয় না, তাই প্রতিটি প্যাকেজের জন্য প্রতি ফ্লোরে ৫০ টাকা অতিরিক্ত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
•    ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য গ্রহণের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে। যদি গ্রাহক ফিটিং সার্ভিস প্রয়োজন মনে করেন, তবে নিচের নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করে সার্ভিস টিকিট তৈরি করতে হবে। পরবর্তী ২-৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে বিনামূল্যে ফিটিং সার্ভিস প্রদান করা হবে।

•    গ্রাহককে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে অবশ্যই পণ্যটি যাচাই বা পরীক্ষা করে নিতে। ডেলিভারির পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

•    নিম্নলিখিত বৈধ কারণসমূহে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে:
o    ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়া
o    ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়া
o    পণ্যের সঙ্গে প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ অনুপস্থিত থাকা
o    ওয়েবসাইটে ভুল তথ্য প্রদর্শিত হওয়া

ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালা
•    প্রতিটি পণ্যের উপর ১২ মাসের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে। এই ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি বা ব্যবহৃত উপকরণের ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
•    পণ্যের স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারজনিত ক্ষয়ক্ষতি অথবা নির্ধারিত ব্যবহারের বাইরে কোনো কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
•    ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিস গ্রহণের জন্য গ্রাহককে আমাদের হেল্পলাইন নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে:
