2. Cash on Delivery অর্ডারের জন্য ন্যূনতম ১০% অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান আবশ্যক।
3. পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি না থাকা সত্ত্বেও যদি গ্রাহক শুধুমাত্র change of mind বা not interested কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করেন, সে ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাবদ অগ্রিম পরিশোধিত অর্থ থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।

2. 10% advance payment is required for all Cash on Delivery orders.
3. If a customer cancels the order due to change of mind or not interested reasons, despite the product being in perfect condition, the delivery charge will be deducted from the advance payment.
