Warranty:
The product comes with a 12 months after-sales service warranty (parts and labor) against any manufacturing defects and any other issues with the materials that have been used.
The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage. For availing warranty service customers must show original copy of Cash Memo/ Invoice.
Glass has no warranty.

Delivery Conditions:
* Furniture will be delivered to the customers' home/premises of the customer's home. Home delivery doesn't cover delivering products to the customer's flat/room.
* Products will be delivered up to that place where the delivery truck can go.
* Please check glass during delivery time. After delivery, the glass is not changeable.

Note: Product delivery duration may vary due to product availability in stock.

*Customers need to pay additional delivery charge TK. 50 for each floor.

ডেলিভারি শর্ত:
১। পণ্য গ্রাহকদের বাড়িতে/গ্রাহকের বাড়ির চত্বরে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে যদি গাড়ী যেতে পারে। অথবা পণ্যগুলি সেই জায়গায় পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে যেখানে ডেলিভারি ট্রাক যেতে পারে।
২। ফ্ল্যাট/রুম ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হবে না। যদি কোন গ্রাহক ফ্ল্যাট/রুমে ডেলিভারি নিতে আগ্রহী থাকে গ্রাহকে অবশ্যই অর্ডার করা অবস্থায় জানাতে হবে এবং প্রতি ফ্লোরের জন্য অতিরিক্ত ৫০ টাকা করে ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে।
৩। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য ডেলিভারি নেওয়ার সাথে সাথেই মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে। যদি ফিটিং সার্ভিস প্রয়োজন হয় গ্রাহকে উল্লেখিত নাম্বারে কল করে ফিটিং সার্ভিসের জন্য টিকিট তৈরি করতে হবে এবং ২- ৩ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে ফিটিং সার্ভিসের জন্য যোগাযোগ করা হবে।
