How to Use:

• Take a toothbrush.
• Open the toothpaste nozzle.
• Apply a small amount of toothpaste to soft brush bristles.
• Start brushing gently in a back-and-forth or zigzag motion.

• Spit out.
• Wash off your mouth with water.
