লেমন এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল এর টক, মিষ্টি সুবাস মন কে রাখে সতেজ এবং ত্বক ও চুলকে রাখে সুস্থ। নামের মতোই ফ্রেশ এই এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল 'রঙন হারবালস' এর নতুন প্রোডাক্ট, যা আপনার দৈহিক স্বাস্থ্যকে রাখবে সুন্দর ও জীবনে আনবে স্নিগ্ধতা। এই অয়েলের রয়েছে বিভিন্ন রকমের ব্যবহার। মানসিক যত্নে- • লেমন এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েলের মনোমুগ্ধকর সুবাস ক্লান্তি কমাতে সাহায্য করে। • স্ট্রেস ও ডিপ্রেশন কমাতে সাহায্য করে। • মন কে রাখে সতেজ। • এর সুঘ্রাণ ভালো ঘুম নিশ্চিত করে। ব্যবহার বিধিঃ ১। ক্যারিয়ার অয়েলের ২ চা চামচের সাথে ২-৩ ফোঁটা লেমন অয়েল মিশিয়ে তুলায় ভিজিয়ে ঘরের কোণে রেখে দিন, যা সুঘ্রাণ ছড়িয়ে মুড ভালো রাখবে। **ত্বকের যত্নে- • মুখের পোরস দূর করে ও তাতে আটকে থাকা ময়লা দূর করতে সাহায্য করে। • ত্বকে ভিটামান সি এর যোগান দেয়। • ত্বকে দেয় এন্টি অক্সিড্যান্ট এর শক্তি। • ত্বকের ফোলাভাব কমায়। • ত্বক পরিষ্কার রাখতে সাহায্য করে। • ত্বকের উজ্জ্বলতা বাড়ায়। • ব্রণের দাগ কমাতে কার্যকরী ভূমিকা পালন করে। ব্যবহার বিধিঃ ১। ১ ফোঁটা লেমন অয়েল ২ চা চামচ ক্যারিয়ার অয়েলের সাথে মিশিয়ে তুলায় ভিজিয়ে ত্বকে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। ২। পরিচ্ছন্ন স্কিন পেতে ২ ফোঁটা ক্লোভ অয়েল, ২ ফোঁটা লেমন অয়েল, ২ ফোঁটা ল্যাভেন্ডার অয়েল এবং ২ ফোঁটা ক্যারিয়ার অয়েলের সাথে মিশিয়ে ত্বকে ব্যবহার করুন। মিশ্রনটি আপনার ত্বকে জমে থাকা ময়লা পরিষ্কার করতে সাহায্য করবে। ৩। যে কোনো ফেস প্যাকের সাথে ২-৩ ফোঁটা লেমন এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল মিশিয়ে নিতে পারেন। প্যাকটি ব্যবহার করার পরে ময়েশ্চারাইজার হিসেবে অলিভ অয়েল এবং অরেঞ্জ এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল মিশিয়ে ত্বকে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। **চুলের যত্নে- • তৈলাক্ত চুলের জন্য অরেঞ্জ এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল অনেক কার্যকরী ভূমিকা পালন করে। চুলের চিটচিটে ভাব কমাতে সাহায্য করে। • খুশকি দূর করে। • চুল বাড়তে সাহায্য করে। • স্ক্যাল্প কে পরিষ্কার রাখে। ব্যবহার বিধিঃ ১। স্ক্যাল্প এর অতিরিক্ত তেল কে কমাতে ৪ ড্রপ এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল ক্যারিয়ার অয়েলের সাথে মিশিয়ে চুলে ম্যাসাজ করুন। ২। শ্যাম্পু এর সাথে ১০ ফোঁটা অরেঞ্জ এসেন্সিয়াল মিশিয়ে ব্যবহার করলে খুশকি কমতে সাহায্য করবে। ( হারবাল শ্যাম্পু ব্যবহার করলে ভালো হয় , যেমন: রিঠা, শিকাকাই, আমলকি, জবা, নিম, মেথি দিয়ে খুব সহজেই শ্যাম্পু বানিয়ে নিতে পারেন) তবে অবশ্যই মাথায় রাখতে হবে এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল সবসময় ক্যারিয়ার অয়েলের (যেমন- অলিভ অয়েল, নারিকেল তেল বা জোজোবা তেল) সাথে মিশিয়ে তবেই ব্যবহার করতে হবে। ব্যবহারের আগে স্কিনের ছোট জায়গায় পরীক্ষা করে নিন।
