Its key actives are 0.5% Salicylic Acid (a beta-hydroxy acid, BHA) and 1% Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), which work together to address oiliness, acne, and uneven skin texture.

Salicylic Acid penetrates into pores to help dissolve sebum buildup, reduce blackheads, breakouts, and refine skin texture.

It helps in reducing excess oil on the skin, making it feel less greasy without over-drying.

Niacinamide calms inflammation, reduces redness, supports barrier repair, and helps make pores look less pronounced. Additional soothing/moisturizing ingredients like aloe vera, glycerin, betaine, etc., help maintain moisture and prevent irritation.
