CINNAMON ESSENTIAL OIL -10ml

Cinnamon, also called Ceylon cinnamon, is a bushy evergreentree of the laurel family (Lauraceae) and the spice derived from its bark. The spice, consisting of the dried inner bark, is brown in colour and has a delicately fragrant aroma and a warm sweet flavour. Cinnamon is used to flavour a variety of foods, from confections to curries to beverages, and is popular in bakery goods in many places. Essential oil is distilled from the bark fragments for use in food, liqueur, perfume, and drugs.

Usage:

For increasing radiance:

Mix 3 drops of cinnamon essential oil with 1 tablespoons of any carrier oil (aloe olive oil/ olive oil/ coconut oil) and apply it on your skin. This will increase the brightness and provide younger looking skin!

For increasing skin brightness:

Mix 2-3 drops of cinnamon essential oil with multani mati, potato, kosturi holud, neem, and punarnava powders to increase the natural brightness of skin.

For removing dandruff:

Add 5-7 drops of cinnamon essential oil with 1 tablespoons amlaki, neem, bohera, shikakai, kalomegh, brahmi, methi and brikkho raj powder. Mix it into a pack, apply it to your hair and wash it off after 30 mins. 

For reducing hair fall/ growing new hair/ reducing dandruff:

Mix 5-7 drops of cinnamon essential oil with a toner/ hair pack. This will gradually reduce your dandruff and hair fall, promote hair growth, and make your hair shiny.

Others:

• Mix 3-4 drops of cinnamon essential oil on a cotton ball/ cloth and keep it in a corner of your room. This will provide fragrance and refresh the environment.

• Spraying a mixture of  cinnamon essential oil and carrier oil on nearby places (sleeping pillow/ room) will help to promote sound sleep.

সিনামন এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েলসিনামন বা দারচিনি হলো মানুষের বহুল ব্যবহৃত মসলা। কিন্তু আমরা অনেকেই জানিনা যে এই মসলা বিশেষ করে এই মসলার নির্যাসের তেল আমাদের চুল ও ত্বকের জন্য খুবই ভালো। এটা স্ট্রেস কমায় ও চুল ও ত্বকের স্বাস্থ্যের উন্নতি ঘটায়। 'রঙন হারবালস' তাই নিয়ে এসেছে এই সর্বোচ্চ মানের এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল আপনার চুল ও ত্বকের স্বাস্থ্যের জন্য। সিনামন এর ঘ্রাণ কিছুটা মিষ্টি, কিছুটা মসলাদার এবং বিশেষত আরামদায়ক স্মৃতির কথা মনে করিয়ে দেয়। সিনামন এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল এর পরিচিতি যেন এর বিলাসী সুবাসের জন্য। সিনামন কে মূলত চেনা যায় এর এন্টি-অক্সিড্যান্ট এর গুণের জন্য। সিনামন এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েলের উপকারিতা নিম্নে বর্ণিত- ত্বকের যত্নে- • সিনামন এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল আপনার চেহারাকে করে উজ্জ্বল ও ত্বক কে দেয় এক ন্যাচরাল গ্লো। • যদি আপনার থাকে শুষ্ক ত্বক তাহলে আজই ব্যবহার করুন সিনামন অয়েল। যা আপনার ত্বক কে ময়শ্চারাইজ করবে ও ত্বকের রক্ত চলাচল বাড়াবে। • বয়সের রেখা কমিয়ে ত্বক কে রাখে তরুন। ব্যবহার বিধিঃ ১। ৩ ফোঁটা সিনামন এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল এর সাথে কয়েক টেবিল চামচ অলিভ অয়েল, নারিকেল তেল বা অন্য কোনো ক্যারিয়ার অয়েল মিশিয়ে ব্যবহার করুন আপনার মুখে। চোখ থেকে দূরে রেখে ব্যবহার করুন মিশ্রণ টি। ২। মাসেল ও জয়েন্ট এ ম্যাসাজ করলে ব্যাথা কমতে সাহায্য করে। মানসিক যত্নে- • ফ্রাস্ট্রেশন কমায় । • এ্যারোমাথেরাপি এর ফলে মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যের উন্নতি ঘটে। • স্ট্রেস কমিয়ে মাথা ঠান্ডা রাখে। ব্যবহার বিধিঃ ১। কয়েক ফোঁটা সিনামন অয়েল তুলায় ভিজিয়ে ঘরের কোণে রেখে দিন যার সুঘ্রাণ আপনার মন কে রাখবে বিমোহিত ও ফ্রেশ। ২। স্প্রে বোতলে রোজমেরি ও ক্যারিয়ার অয়েলের মিশ্রণ রেখে তা ঘুমানোর আগে আশেপাশের স্থানে( যেমন বালিশ, রুমের কোণে) স্প্রে করলে ভালো ঘুম হতে সাহায্য করবে। চুলের ক্ষেত্রে উপকারিতা - • মাথার স্ক্যাল্প এর রক্ত চলাচল বাড়ায় ও চুলকে বাড়তে সাহায্য করে। • স্ক্যাল্প এর বিভিন্ন সমস্যা দূর করে স্ক্যাল্প কে রাখে সুস্থ। • সূর্যের প্রখর তাপের হাত থেকে চুল কে রাখে প্রাণবন্ত। • চুল মজবুত করতে সাহায্য করে। ব্যবহার বিধিঃ ১। অলিভ অয়েল, নারিকেল তেল বা অন্য যেকোনো ক্যারিয়ার অয়েল এর সাথে কয়েক ফোঁটা মিশিয়ে ব্যবহার করুন চুলে নিয়মিতভাবে। চুল ধোয়ার আগে স্ক্যাল্প, মাথার তালু ও কপালে ঠিকমতো ম্যাসাজ করে ২০-২৫ রেখে ধুয়ে ফেলুন। ২। এছাড়া কন্ডিশনার এর সাথে মিশিয়ে ব্যবহার করলে চুল ধোয়ার পরে পাবেন সুফল। ৩। ম্যাসাজের মাধ্যমে স্ক্যাল্প এ রক্ত চলাচল বাড়ে, চুলও বাড়ে। অয়েলের এন্টি মাইক্রোবিয়াল গুণ খুশকি ও চুল পড়া কমায়। এসেন্সিয়াল অয়েল ব্যবহার করার সময় অবশ্যই মনে রেখে ক্যারিয়ার অয়েলের সাথে মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে। তবে প্রয়োজনের বেশি ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকা উচিত। প্রথমে স্কিনে অল্প অয়েল দিয়ে চেক করে নিন কোনো সমস্যা দেখা যায় কিনা। সমস্যা দেখা না দিলে ব্যবহার করুন নিশ্চিন্তে।
