Rongon Herbals Beetroot Powder - 50g

Beetroot (Beta vulgaris) is a root vegetable also known as red beet, table beet, garden beet, or just beet.

Packed with essential nutrients, beetroots are a great source of fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.

Usage:

1. For glowing skin:

Mix beetroot powder, Charcoal powder, Wild turmeric powder, Alu powder, Multani Mati powder, and 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil and apply.

2. For removing pimples:

Add Beetroot powder, Multani Mati powder, 1 pinch of Kasturi powder, Neem, Peppermint, Tulsi, etc. to the mixture with 2-3 ounces of essential oil. Regular use will help to eliminate the problem.

Add Beetroot powder, Multani Mati powder, and Kasturi powder. to the mixture with 1 tablespoon of potato juice and water. Regular use will help to eliminate the problem.

4. For removing wrinkles:

Add 1 spoon of Beetroot powder, Amla powder, and Peppermint powder. Boil it with 2 cups of water until it reduces to 1 cup. Cool and strain. Mixture with 1-2 ounces of essential oil. Regular use will help to eliminate the problem.

5. For removing dark lips:

Add Beetroot powder, 1 pinch of Kasturi powder, rose petals powder, and Pomegranate peel powder, and mix it with raw milk. Wash it after 20 min.

6. For reducing hair fall and making hair soft and silky:

Add Beetroot powder, Methi powder, Amlaki powder, Ritha powder, Shikakai powder, Kalomegh and 5-6 drops of Rosemary essential oil, mix it well and apply.

7. For reducing dandruff:

Add Beetroot powder, Methi powder, Amlaki powder, Ritha powder, Shikakai powder, Kalomegh and 5-6 drops of Rosemary essential oil, mix it well and apply
