Naga is a hot chilli oil mix with a unique and distinctive flavour -

similar in strength to the much-feared Carolina Reaper chilli but with a

much more complex flavour profile.

The label says Very Hot and it does not lie, use sparingly!

The Naga Chilli Pepper is also known as Ghost Pepper and Bhut Jolokia. Scoville scale. 1,000,000 – 1,598,227 SHU.

and for good reason. You can use it as a condiment or stir into your

cooking for intense heat. If you order a Naga curry from your local

curry house, there is a good chance that it will have some Mr Naga in

it!

We love using it to make our own dipping sauces - try adding a touch to some of your favourite sauces!

Ingredients: Hot Pepper (Naga Morrich), Salt, Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Paprika and Mixed Spices.

Being

in oil, Mr Naga does occasionally leak however well we package it,

please be aware of this before placing an order. It should still be

perfectly fine to use. You can top up any lost oil with olive oil or veg

oil.
