ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালাঃ
১. ডেলিভারি ও ফিটিং
আমাদের সকল পণ্য নির্ধারিত ফিটিংসহ ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয়ে থাকে, যেখানে প্রযোজ্য।
২. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে মোট অর্ডার মূল্যের ন্যূনতম ১০% অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করা বাধ্যতামূলক।
৩. অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ (Order Cancellation)
পণ্যে কোনো ধরনের ত্রুটি না থাকা সত্ত্বেও যদি গ্রাহক শুধুমাত্র change of mind অথবা not interested কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করেন, সে ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ হিসেবে অগ্রিম পরিশোধিত অর্থ কর্তন করা হবে।
৪. পণ্য গ্রহণ ও যাচাই
গ্রাহকদের বিনীতভাবে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে ডেলিভারিম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা ও যাচাই করে নেওয়ার জন্য।
পণ্য গ্রহণের পর কোনো ধরনের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
৫. ডেলিভারি লোকেশন
ডেলিভারি গাড়ি প্রবেশযোগ্য হলে পণ্য গ্রাহকের বাসার নিচে বা চত্বরে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে।
ফ্ল্যাট বা রুমের ভিতরে পণ্য ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে না।
৬. পণ্য ফেরত নীতিমালা (Return Policy)
নিম্নোক্ত বৈধ শর্ত ও কারণসমূহে শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারিম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে পণ্য ফেরতযোগ্য:
• ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি
• ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ডেলিভারি
• পণ্যের সঙ্গে প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ বা এক্সেসরিজ অনুপস্থিত থাকা
• ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত তথ্য বা কন্টেন্টের সঙ্গে পণ্যের অমিল
Delivery Terms & Conditions:
1. Delivery & Fitting
All products will be delivered with the applicable fitting as per standard service guidelines.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a minimum 10% advance payment of the total order value is mandatory.
3. Order Cancellation
If the customer cancels the order due to change of mind or not interested, despite there being no defect in the product, the advance payment will be deducted as delivery charges.
4. Product Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are requested to inspect and verify the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery personnel before accepting delivery.
No complaints will be accepted once the product has been received.
5. Delivery Location
If delivery vehicle access is available, products will be delivered to the ground floor or premises of the customer’s residence.
Delivery inside flats or rooms is not applicable.
6. Return Policy
Products are eligible for return only in the presence of the delivery personnel under the following valid conditions:
• Incorrect product delivered
• Defective product delivered
• Missing required parts or accessories
• Product does not match the information or content displayed on the website
