ডেলিভারি ও অর্ডার সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি (ANDORMAHAL Vendor/Seller):
1. ANDORMAHAL Vendor/Seller এর সকল পণ্য ফিটিংসহ ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে, শুধুমাত্র
বেড বা খাট ব্যতীত।
2. Cash on Delivery অর্ডারের জন্য ন্যূনতম ১০% অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান আবশ্যক।
3. পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি না থাকা সত্ত্বেও যদি গ্রাহক শুধুমাত্র change of mind বা not
interested কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করেন, সে ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাবদ অগ্রিম পরিশোধিত অর্থ
থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
4. গ্রাহকদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা বা যাচাই করে
নিতে। পণ্য গ্রহণের পর কোনো ধরনের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
5. পণ্য গ্রাহকের বাসার নিচে বা চত্বর পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে, যদি সেখানে গাড়ি পৌঁছাতে
সক্ষম হয়। ফ্ল্যাট বা রুমের ভিতরে পণ্য ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে না।

ডেলিভারিম্যান থাকাকালীন  একটি আইটেম ফেরত দেওয়ার বৈধ শর্ত:
* ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি
* ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য ডেলিভারি
* অনুপস্থিত অংশ সঙ্গে পণ্য ডেলিভারি
* ওয়েবসাইটে ভুল কন্টেন্ট

Delivery and Order Terms (ANDORMAHAL Vendor/Seller):
1. All products from ANDORMAHAL Vendor/Seller will be delivered with fitting, except for
beds.
2. 10% advance payment is required for all Cash on Delivery orders.
3. If a customer cancels the order due to change of mind or not interested reasons, despite
the product being in perfect condition, the delivery charge will be deducted from the advance
payment.
4. Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the product before accepting delivery.
No complaints will be accepted once the product has been received.

5. The product will be delivered to the ground floor or premises of the customer's address,
subject to vehicle accessibility. Delivery will not be provided inside flats or rooms.

Valid Conditions and Reasons for Returning an Item (While the Delivery Person Is Present)
* Incorrect product delivered
* Defective or damaged product delivered
* Product delivered with missing parts
* Incorrect content or information on the website
