🔹 1. Voucher Purchase Policy

• Vouchers can only be purchased through pre-payment (Mobile Banking, Debit/Credit Card).
• No additional charges or fees apply (only the actual voucher value).
• After purchase, the voucher will be activated within a maximum of 72 working hours, and the voucher code will be sent to your registered email address.
• The voucher code will be provided in digital format (via email). No physical gift card will be issued.

🔹 3. Voucher Usage / Redemption Policy

• Vouchers can only be used/redeemed on the ZAYS official website (www.zays.com.bd).
• During checkout, you must enter the voucher code before confirming your order.
• Only one voucher or one promotional offer can be used per order.
• Each voucher must be used in full in a single transaction; partial redemption or carry-forward of unused balance is not allowed. If you purchase multiple vouchers, each voucher will be activated separately. Only one voucher can be used per order/per product, and it will be applied on the product’s MRP (regular price).
• Vouchers do not cover delivery charges or service charges.

🔹 4. Product Pricing & Additional Payments

• Vouchers are applicable only on Regular/MRP-priced products.
• Vouchers can be redeemed against products equal to or higher than the voucher amount (MRP value).
• If the voucher is used during any promotion or discount, the product price will be calculated at MRP (regular price), not the discounted/offer price.
• If the product price exceeds the voucher value, customers must pay the difference amount.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase another gift card, or redeemed for non-product services.

🔹 5. Voucher Validity

• Each voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of activation.
• After the validity period, vouchers will be automatically expired and deactivated.
• Expired vouchers cannot be renewed, extended, or refunded.
