How to Wear for Maximum Support

1. Placement: Center the belt on your lower back so that the contoured splints are positioned symmetrically on either side of your spine.
2. Initial Fastening: Wrap the main large panels around your waist and secure the Velcro at the front (just below the navel).
3. Compression Adjustment: Pull the two secondary elastic "tension" straps forward simultaneously and fasten them over the main belt to reach your desired level of tightness.
4. Verification: The belt should feel firm and supportive. You should be able to breathe comfortably, but you should feel a noticeable "lift" in your lower back.

Maintenance & Care
