INGREDIENTS:

100% Instant Coffee.

DIRECTIONS:

Boiling water (212 F - 100 C) should never be used as it will burn the coffee.

190 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This is hot enough to extract carefully and quickly but not so hot that it's uncontrollable. Coffee over 205 degrees Fahrenheit tends to over extract things from the grounds very easily producing bitter coffee.

Making Basic Instant Coffee: Heat up a cup of water. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of instant coffee to a mug. Dissolve the coffee with a tablespoon of cold water. Pour the hot water into the mug. Mix in sugar or spices if desired. Add milk or cream if you're not a fan of black coffee. Stir your coffee and serve it.
  
Making Iced Instant Coffee: Just mix cold water with instant coffee grounds mix in sugar or spices if desired. add milk or cream if you're not a fan of black coffee. and stir. It can take a minute or two for the coffee to dissolve but it does!
