How to Use

1. Prepare: Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.

2. Insert: Insert a new Contour Plus test strip into the meter. The meter will beep and display the "apply blood" symbol.

3. Sample: Use your lancing device to get a small drop of blood.

4. Test: Touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop. The strip will automatically sip the blood.

5. Read: Wait for the 5-second countdown to see your results.
