Delivery Terms and Conditions:
1.Customers must carefully check and inspect the glass at the time of delivery. Once delivery is completed, the glass cannot be replaced.
2.The product will be delivered to the customer’s house or yard if the delivery vehicle can reach the location. If the delivery truck/vehicle cannot access the customer’s premises, the product will be handed over at the nearest point accessible by the delivery vehicle.
3.Delivery does not include carrying the product to flats, rooms, or upper floors.
4.Customers are strongly advised to inspect and verify the product before receiving it. No complaints will be accepted after delivery is completed.

Products may only be returned under the following valid conditions (in the presence of the delivery personnel):

• Incorrect product delivered
• Defective or damaged product delivered
• Missing parts or accessories
• Incorrect or misleading product information displayed on the website

•  Delivery will be made subject to product availability in stock.

ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা:

১. পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই গ্লাস ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা ও যাচাই করতে হবে। ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর গ্লাস পরিবর্তনযোগ্য নয়।
২. ডেলিভারি গাড়ি যদি গ্রাহকের বাড়ি বা বাড়ির আঙিনায় পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম হয়, তবে পণ্য সেখানে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে। যদি ডেলিভারি ট্রাক/গাড়ি গ্রাহকের স্থানে পৌঁছাতে না পারে, তবে নিকটতম অ্যাক্সেসযোগ্য স্থানে পণ্য হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
৩. ফ্ল্যাট, রুম বা উপরের তলায় পণ্য বহন করে দেওয়া ডেলিভারির অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।
৪. গ্রাহককে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, পণ্য গ্রহণের পূর্বে অবশ্যই তা ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা ও যাচাই করে নিতে। ডেলিভারির পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

পণ্য ফেরত নীতিমালা

ডেলিভারিম্যান উপস্থিত থাকা অবস্থায় নিম্নলিখিত বৈধ কারণে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে:

• ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়া।

• ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য ডেলিভারি হওয়া।

• পণ্যের সঙ্গে প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ বা এক্সেসরিজ অনুপস্থিত থাকা।

• ওয়েবসাইটে ভুল বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদর্শিত হওয়া।

স্টক শর্ত:

• স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে পণ্য ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে।
