How to use:

1.Remove cap from the brush end and Twist clockwise several times until the gel covers the brush tip
2.Smile wide, keeping lips away from teeth
3.Wait 30 seconds for Gel to dry on teeth before allowing contact with lips and tongue
4. Keep the gel on your teeth for 10 minutes and then rinse your mouth
5.Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after application
6.Clean the residue gel on the tip. Use the pen next time
