How to Use
- Insert: Push the test strip into the meter's port. The device will turn on automatically.
- Lancing: Use a sterile lancet to obtain a tiny drop of blood from the fingertip.
- Application: Touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop. The meter will beep and begin a 5-second countdown.
- Read: Your blood sugar level will appear on the screen.
- Discard: Safely remove the used strip and lancet and dispose of them in a sharps container.
Storage & Safety
- Vial Security: Always keep the vial cap tightly closed. Exposure to air and humidity can damage the chemical enzymes on the strips.
- Expiry Check: Do not use strips beyond the expiration date printed on the vial.
- Temperature: Store in a cool, dry place between 4°C and 30°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
