Surprise Box can only be ordered on pre-payment. Any unpaid Surprise Box will be cancelled automatically within 30 minutes of order placement.

A customer is eligible to order only one Surprise Box. Therefore, multiple orders from one account or different devices will be cancelled.

Surprise Box will be available on Free Delivery.

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Surprise Boxes.

Customers cannot choose the item of the Surprise Box, and Cartup will not take any responsibility if the customer is unsatisfied with the items.

Surprise Box items are non-refundable (except for complaints like receiving an empty box, defective, or damaged products). Customers must show valid evidence such as an unboxing video or image to support their refund claim.

Surprise Box will be live until the item is in stock. Hence, customers who order first shall get the Surprise Box first.
